Project Management Officer (PMO) MS Migration (h/f)

Are you an experienced PMO with experience supporting large IT systems migrations?

emagine has an opportunity for you to support a transversal Microsoft migration programme, working with a global and collaborative IT landscape.

Skills & Experience

• Strong PMO experience in complex IT or digital transformation programmes

• Experience supporting large platform migrations

• Good understanding of project governance, risk, and dependency management

• Familiarity with PRINCE2 or similar project management frameworks

• Confident communicator, comfortable working with both business and IT stakeholders

• Fully fluent in English used to working in an international multicultural environment

• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving follow-ups

• Exposure to Power Apps and/or low-code environments

Key tasks & deliverables

• Support the Program Manager with planning, scheduling, and tracking activities linked to the Microsoft migration and its impact on other applications

• Coordinate interdependencies and lead transversal activities across IT teams

• Support and coordinate the move from AppSheets/AppScripts to Power Apps

• Produce and maintain project documentation (status reports, risk & issue logs, meeting minutes, decisions, action items)

• Engage with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end users to gather requirements and communicate progress

• Help build and animate an internal citizen-developer community

• Monitor risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and mitigation

• Support change management activities, including communications and training logistics

• Ensure compliance with quality, security, and governance standards

• Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement
