The role of Project Leader for the Retention and Deletion Risk Reduction Plan (DPRRP) focuses on effective project management and resource allocation within the Global Financial Crime Program (GFCP). The primary objective is to manage all aspects of the DPRRP, ensuring timely delivery and establishing sustainable support after the programme's closure.
- Oversee the end-to-end (E2E) management of all activities related to the Retention and Deletion Risk Reduction Plan.
- Coordinate resources within the Global Financial Crime Program to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Plan and forecast long-term Business As Usual (BAU) support for GFCP once the DPRRP program concludes.
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues to the GFCP Leadership Team and key stakeholders.
- Manage escalations effectively and drive resolution of project-related challenges.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all matters related to DPRRP within GFCP.
- Proven track record in leading projects within the financial crime or compliance domain.
- Strong understanding of financial crime prevention processes and regulatory expectations.
- Hands-on experience in managing full-cycle (end-to-end) projects.
- Background in working with operational teams in a banking or financial services context.
