Job description

A client within the construction industry has identified a business need to transition from an existing Lime CRM desktop client to the modern Lime CRM web client in order to improve usability, customer engagement, and long-term platform sustainability.

The objective of this initiative is to replace the outdated desktop-based CRM solution with the Lime CRM web client, ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic direction. The transition will mitigate risks related to unsupported software, safeguard return on previous CRM investments, and establish a stable and scalable CRM platform capable of supporting long-term business development and cross-organizational collaboration.

Project success will be measured through user adoption rates, improved customer data management, and the platform’s ability to support strategic decision-making across multiple business areas and countries.

Location: Stockholm, 2-3 days/week at the office

Scope, Results & Responsibilities

Project Management Responsibilities

The consultant will have end-to-end responsibility for project delivery, including but not limited to:

  • Driving and owning project deliverables

  • Creating and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones

  • Ensuring scope, risks, dependencies, and issues are identified, documented, and actively managed

  • Leading Nordic rollout planning across multiple business areas and countries

  • Coordinating rollout activities for Building (SE, FI, DK, NO), Infrastructure, and related entities

  • Coordinating integrations, data flows, access management, and event handling

  • Securing cross-functional alignment across Business, IT, Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, and external suppliers

  • Ensuring architectural alignment with enterprise and solution design forums

  • Facilitating workshops, requirements discussions, and decision-making forums

  • Managing vendor coordination during the preparation phase

  • Driving User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution across countries

  • Ensuring delivery of Business Analytics MVP reports

  • Preparing steering committee material and securing timely decision-making

Business Change Management Responsibilities

  • Developing a comprehensive Business Change Management (BCM) plan for both Prepare and Execute phases

  • Leading stakeholder mapping covering approximately 400+ users

  • Defining change impacts together with business architects and country representatives

  • Supporting and coordinating a super-user network

  • Driving communication strategy and training planning

  • Executing readiness assessments ahead of rollout waves

  • Supporting adoption measurement and benefits realization tracking

Expected Delivery Outcomes

The assignment is expected to result in:

  • Lime CRM web client made available to all relevant business areas

  • Establishment of a new Lime CRM database for one of the Nordic markets

  • Integration of the Lime CRM web client with the client’s central integration platform

  • Harmonized and standardized data definitions and data structures across countries and business units

Governance & Management

The assignment will be governed by a Project Owner and managed through:

  • Weekly PMO synchronization meetings

  • Monthly Steering Committee meetings

  • Formal approval of deliverables by the Project Owner and Steering Committee

Time Period & Availability

  • Assignment period: 15 February 2026 – 31 January 2027

  • Allocation:

    • Prepare phase: approximately 70% Project Management / 30% Business Change Management

    • Execute phase: approximately 60% Project Management / 40% Business Change Management

  • Nordic travel required as agreed

Confidentiality & Information Security

All CRM data and project materials are strictly confidential. The consultant must adhere to the client’s information security classification and ensure that all materials are stored in designated and approved project repositories.

Required Competence & Experience

  • Proven project management and leadership experience in complex, cross-functional environments

  • Proven business change management experience

  • Experience working according to the PPS project model and PROSCI business change methodology

  • Technical background with experience leading transitions from desktop-based solutions to web-based platforms

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
