JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand user needs, how the business works, and collaborate with the development team. 
• Identify stakeholders and engage them at the right time with the appropriate level of influence. 
• Understand and convey the value that their journey creates – what problems it solves. 
• Translate platform managers’ strategies to tasks for development. 
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog. 
• Lead the development team in delivering value to the user. 
• Build a solid setup for managing operation tasks and development in the team in order to scale access management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, software development or a related field.
• 3 or more years’ experience as a Product Owner in DevOps teams with Agile methodologies and product management processes.
• 7 years or more practical relevant experience in the field of data management, data governance, access management using roles or attributes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in navigating complex organizations.
• The ability to understand complex technical matters, form an educated opinion, and communicate with impact to a variety of stakeholders with different levels of technical expertise.
• Experience working in a regulated industry, or a desire to understand the complexity this brings.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
