About the Project
Join a pioneering team developing a breakthrough AI solution for internal IT support. We are seeking a Product Owner to take this pioneering product to the next level, integrating innovative technology with internal knowledge bases to enhance efficiency and streamline IT support processes.

Your Responsibilities
Strategy & Vision
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI assistance application.
Verify and optimize current roadmap while developing long-term strategy.
Monitor product performance and prioritize enhancements based on user feedback.
Team & Collaboration
Lead an international AI team comprising developers, data scientists, and ML Ops engineers.
Manage the product backlog and create clear user stories with defined requirements.
Participate actively in SCRUM ceremonies, leading backlog refinement sessions.
Collaborate closely with the India-based team during European working hours.
Product Development
Translate business requirements into technical solutions using AWS LLMs.
Coordinate the development, testing, and deployment of new AI features.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers on the implementation of solutions.
Stay updated on emerging AI/LLM advancements for continuous product improvement.
The Ideal Candidate
Must-have:
5+ years of experience as Product Owner/Manager, preferably in SaaS or support solutions.
Agile/SCRUM methodologies: Hands-on experience in agile product management.
Leadership personality: Collaborative approach to team dynamics.
International mindset: Comfort working with diverse, multicultural teams.
Drive for AI innovation: Passion for AI-driven support solutions.
Fluent English: Proficient in verbal and written communication.
Nice-to-have:
Familiarity with AWS services, particularly related to LLMs.
Understanding of customer support/ServiceDesk processes.
Technical background or experience collaborating with data scientists.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure.
Experience with AI products, encompassing a minimum of 3 years.
Recruitment Process
Initial interview (30 min): Introduction to the candidate and project overview.
Technical interview (1-1.5h): In-depth discussion and case study review.
The Current State
The product is currently at the MVP stage in a pre-production environment, ready for the vision and expertise of a Product Owner to guide its evolution.
