Pro Alpha Systems Analyst / Data Extraction Consultant (m/w/d)

Job Title: Pro Alpha Systems Analyst / Data Extraction Consultant

The consultant will be responsible for extracting and automating data exports from an existing Pro Alpha system as part of a critical ERP transition project. This role involves hands-on script writing, data extraction, and collaboration with implementation or migration teams to support the go-live phase.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand the structure of the existing Pro Alpha database.

• Extract relevant data for migration, reporting, or operational purposes.

• Write custom SQL scripts or automation routines to streamline data exports.

• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Assist in developing documentation around the database structure and extraction process.

• Provide expert-level consultancy and guidance during the pre-go-live and go-live phases.

• Support report generation and ad hoc data analysis requests as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience with the Pro Alpha ERP system, especially its database schema and internal table structure.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with data scripting and automation.

• Previous experience in ERP data extraction and migration.

• Ability to create, test, and troubleshoot data extraction processes.

• Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, Qlik, Power BI) is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

• Dutch language proficiency is a strong advantage.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Familiarity with data compliance and security standards for cross-border data transfer.

Duration: Project-based contract (estimated 3 months) with potential for extension

Workload: Fulltime

Location: Kutenholz (The consultant will need to be onsite on a regular basis, 2-3 days per week)
