Job Title: Principal Business Consultant (Thai Speaking) – Investment & Operations

Location: Bangkok, Thailand (preferred)
Work Model: Hybrid / Remote flexibility (travel to Bangkok required if not locally based)
Language Requirement: Fluent Thai (mandatory)
Allocation: Approx. 75% (subject to alignment on timeline and skillset)
Contract Duration: Mid-March 2026 – End December 2026

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Principal Business Consultants to support a major financial services program across Investment and Accounting & Operations (A&O) Service Lines.

This is a senior-level consulting engagement requiring strong domain expertise across front-to-back investment operations. While multiple consultants will be engaged, the expectation is not identical profiles — but rather complementary expertise collectively covering the full investment lifecycle.

The successful candidates must demonstrate seniority, credibility, and the ability to operate autonomously within complex financial services environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert across assigned service lines

• Support business analysis, operational review, and process optimisation initiatives

• Provide advisory and hands-on execution support across investment operations

• Engage with stakeholders across business, operations, and finance functions

• Contribute to service line improvements and implementation activities

• Align deliverables with program timelines and allocation requirements

Service Line Coverage

Consultants will support one or more of the following domains:

Investment Service Lines

• Trade execution

• Portfolio management

• Valuations

• Performance measurement

• Risk management

• Compliance

Accounting & Operations (A&O) Service Lines

• Reconciliations

• Asset servicing

• Trade and cash processing

• Collateral management

• General ledger

• Fee processing

• Fund administration

Collectively, the team should be capable of covering the full front-to-back investment operations lifecycle.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Senior-level experience (Principal / Lead Consultant level)

• Strong expertise in investment operations within asset management, fund services, or financial institutions

• Proven experience working across multiple service lines

• Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory capability

• Ability to operate with minimal supervision

• Fluent Thai language skills (mandatory)

• Based in Bangkok preferred; must be able to travel if remote
