PowerShell Developer

🌍 Work mode: hybrid work model based in Brussels, Belgium (2 days per week onsite).

• Candidates based outside Belgium may also be considered, provided they are willing to relocate. Please note that all relocation-related arrangements and costs remain fully the responsibility of the candidate.

• The role is open to EU citizens able to ensure regular presence in Brussels.

💰Rate: up to 380 EUR on B2B per day

Summary:

This position is a PowerShell Developer role, primarily focusing on script development rather than typical system administration. The developer will work mainly in Brussels, contributing to long-term automation projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Reviewing, validating, and maintaining existing PowerShell scripts

• Managing source code

• Updating PowerShell modules used by the team

• Managing login scripts for all workstations

• Overseeing the scheduled tasks server and related tasks

• Centralizing and aggregating information from logs, databases, or Active Directory upon request

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in PowerShell development

• Ability to query SQL Server using PowerShell

• Experience querying Active Directory via ADSI

• Familiarity with log centralization and processing

• Knowledge of Windows Instrumentation (WMI/CIM)

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of object-oriented programming

• Knowledge of Windows internals (Registry, .NET, etc.)

Other Details: This role is based in Brussels with a team-oriented environment focusing on automation projects. Work allocations are approximately 70% development and 30% support and validation tasks.
