Portfolio Oversight Management - SREP

B2B, up to 150 pln/h + VAT

work mode: Warsaw, 3 days a week from the office

You will provide strategic stakeholder management, maintaining clear communication and updates to all involved parties while ensuring adherence to project timelines and management processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support management in consolidating progress of EBA LOM remediation.

• Provide updates and manage stakeholder communications effectively.

• Monitor and control project progress in accordance with planned timelines.

• Act as a point of escalation for governance and steering inquiries.

• Utilize project management tools to facilitate effective management of project streams.

• Deliver ad-hoc professional reporting support as needed.

• Oversee funding needs and SIS processes.

• Conduct consolidated reporting across portfolios.

• Assess and report on real status of EBA LOM progress.

• Manage requests for ad-hoc information to JST.

Key Requirements:

• Senior PMO experience.

• Expertise in project management responsibilities as outlined.

• Strong drive for achievement and adaptability; a master's degree is preferred.

• Outstanding presentation and communication skills at senior management levels.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of regulatory SREP EBA LOM processes.

• Experience in credit risk management.

• Familiarity with banking and data analytics.
