PMO (Portfolio Oversight Management)
PROJECT INFORMATION:
Industry: Banking
Work model: hybrid (3/week in Warsaw)
Remuneration: up to 150 PLN/h netto + VAT (B2B)
Summary: The Portfolio Oversight Management role focuses on effectively managing communications related to project oversight and ensuring alignment with stakeholders. The goal is to provide clear updates and support in the management of remediation efforts within the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
* Execute the communication plan effectively
* Develop communication materials
* Review materials and action plans
* Support management in assessing the progress of SREP EBA LOM remediation
* Provide stakeholder management and status updates
* Offer oversight and control over project timelines
* Serve as the point of escalation for governance issues
* Implement project management tools and methods
* Deliver ad-hoc reporting support
* Manage funding needs and SIS processes
* Provide consolidated reporting
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in PMO oversight in banking
* Knowledge of responsibilities outlined in the job description
* Strong drive to achieve and flexibility
* Excellent presentation and communication skills at a senior management level
* Master’s degree
Nice to Have:
* Knowledge of Regulatory SREP EBA LOM
* Background in credit risk management
* Understanding of banking and data processes
