PMO ATHEX - (h/f)
Summary:
The PMO position is focused on facilitating the integration of ATHEX into the group by overseeing the progress of dedicated business streams via a structured monitoring approach throughout 2026. The role requires proven project management skills paired with strong organizational capabilities.
Main Responsibilities:
Monitor the delivery of four key business streams: Governance & Organisation, Costs & Synergies, Convergence Plan, and External Engagement.
Coordinate with contributors across various teams
Track achievements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify risks and propose necessary mitigation actions.
Support preparation of integration program reports to be shared at the group level.
Prepare for ATHEX CSD integration weekly synchronisation meetings and document minutes.
Maintain and update logs for actions, decisions, and risks.
Produce materials to assist stream contributors (e.g., market engagement plans, internal communication, training plans).
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in project management or PMO roles (at least 5 years).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in stakeholder management and coordination.
Familiarity with integration projects, preferably in financial services or similar sectors.
Nice to Have:
Experience with regulatory compliance in financial services.
Knowledge of project management software tools.
Ability to effectively communicate across diverse teams.
