PMO ATHEX - (h/f)

Summary:
The PMO position is focused on facilitating the integration of ATHEX into the group by overseeing the progress of dedicated business streams via a structured monitoring approach throughout 2026. The role requires proven project management skills paired with strong organizational capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor the delivery of four key business streams: Governance & Organisation, Costs & Synergies, Convergence Plan, and External Engagement.

• Coordinate with contributors across various teams

• Track achievements and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Identify risks and propose necessary mitigation actions.

• Support preparation of integration program reports to be shared at the group level.

• Prepare for ATHEX CSD integration weekly synchronisation meetings and document minutes.

• Maintain and update logs for actions, decisions, and risks.

• Produce materials to assist stream contributors (e.g., market engagement plans, internal communication, training plans).

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management or PMO roles (at least 5 years).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in stakeholder management and coordination.

• Familiarity with integration projects, preferably in financial services or similar sectors.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with regulatory compliance in financial services.

• Knowledge of project management software tools.

• Ability to effectively communicate across diverse teams.
