Performance Testing Expert in Data Area

PROJECT INFORMATION:

Industry: Banking

Location: 1 x week in the office (Gdynia/ Gdańsk)

Remuneration: 170 pln/h +VAT

Type of assignment: B2B

Start: longterm

We are looking for a Performance Testing Expert in the Data Area who will be responsible for:

✅ Working with complex solutions from the component level to end-to-end testing

✅ Gathering and analyzing non-functional requirements

✅ Translating business requirements into non-functional requirements

✅ Collaborating closely with architects, product owners, and other stakeholders to refine non-functional requirements

✅ Writing non-functional test strategies and reports

✅ Conducting performance simulations and analysis at Batch/API/GUI levels

Required Knowledge and Experience

🔹 Deep knowledge of non-functional requirements definition and non-functional testing organization and implementation in the Data area

🔹 Great communication skills, both at the engineering and management levels

🔹 Test automation skills as a complementary asset

🔹 Development skills that go beyond standard QA expertise

🔹 Basic understanding of system architecture

🔹 Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux)

🔹 Experience with continuous performance testing within CI/CD (Jenkins)

🔹 Strong proficiency in LoadRunner, JMeter

🔹 Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, PDC, Kafka, App Dynamics, Splunk

🔹 Detailed understanding of user behavior and the ability to simulate complex user interactions

🔹 Problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have:

✔️ Knowledge of Big Data concepts, such as Hadoop ecosystem (Cloudera/MapR) and streaming technologies

✔️ Banking experience is a plus

✔️ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Snowflake
