emagine is looking for a Pega Lead Business Architect to one of our nordic banking clients. Start date: ASAP

Location: Stockholm (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Detailed description of work task to be carried out

•Lead the business architecture and design of Pega-based solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver optimal user experiences.•Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate complex business processes into comprehensive Pega business solutions.•Provide business leadership and mentorship to business analysts, process designers, and cross-functional teams.•Ensure compliance with business standards and governance while maintaining alignment with enterprise architecture principles.•The candidate must be hands on designing HLD (High Level Design) Document, Layer Cake Design, Pega Case type, defining data model and Integration etc.

Must-have knowledge and experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega business architecture and business process design.

Strong understanding of Pega business design principles and case management implementation strategies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage business leaders at all levels.

Demonstrated ownership and accountability in delivering complex business transformation projects.

Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification.

Experience in financial services or regulated industries with deep understanding of business processes and compliance requirements.

Experience of driving Pega application design and setup of Layer Cake, Case type, Driving sprints with User stories, backlog, UX etc. in agile/SAFe work structure.

Knowledge of business process integration patterns and customer journey mapping.
