OT Security Engineer

PROJECT:

We are looking for an OT Security Engineer to join our cybersecurity team. In the context of the company split, you will be part of the team responsible for the handover and definition of the OT Security RUN perimeter. The ideal candidate will mix a strong background in OT Security, a deep understanding of the unique challenges associated with the IT and OT convergence, and the ability to coordinate projects and vendors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with OT security (OT tiering model, OT network security, OT protection)
• Strong experience with OT network segmentation, OT Probes (Claroty, Nozomi, Microsoft Defender, etc), and OT Endpoint solutions.
• Outstanding communication and project coordination abilities, capable of leading projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and security standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443) relevant to IT and OT security.
• Strong understanding of firewall technologies (e.g., NGFW, IDS/IPS, Palo Alto, Fortinet) and network security principles
• Experience with IT/OT convergence and securing industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex security challenges.
• Understanding of managing complex technology migrations and lifecycle management.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Certifications related to product management, cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM), and GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional).
• Agile or other project management methodologies experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the pre-studies on the existing OT Security scope, to build a deep understanding of the existing services and technologies.
• Coordinate with our partners and vendors to define and schedule our build and run activities.
• Guide the build and migration steps to successfully achieve the handover.
• Create the landscape of our future RUN services.
• Report directly to the separation program manager.
• Document and present your actions as part of the existing project framework.
• Work closely with the cybersecurity and OT teams to develop our future solutions.
