Job Description: Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Consultant with deep technical and functional expertise in Oracle HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess significant knowledge of the HCM modules, demonstrated experience with DevOps practices, and a proven track record in system integration. This role requires effective collaboration with global HR stakeholders, as well as the ability to share knowledge and train team members.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leverage technical and functional expertise in Oracle HCM implementations.
- Analyze and blueprint all HCM modules, including Absence and Payroll.
- Develop and establish best practices for Oracle HCM configurations.
- Engage closely with HR stakeholders and various departmental heads.
- Collaborate with external partners to optimize project implementation.
- Contribute to team success by sharing insights and training staff.
- Manage release timelines effectively, targeting a Q2 go-live.
- Support migration activities post-go-live.
Key Requirements: - Proven expertise in Oracle HCM solutions.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and cloud technologies.
- Experience in system integration with ERP systems.
- Hands-on experience as a Domain and Solution Architect.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Oracle HR modules.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Other Details: This is a location-agnostic role with minimal travel requirements within India and occasional trips to Sweden for technical meetings. Candidates should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to a target Q2 release. The team consists of enterprise and domain architects and is dedicated to upskilling and knowledge sharing.
