We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support major strategic transformation initiatives within our Corporate & Investment Banking division. This role focuses on facilitating AI-led transformation initiatives within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), optimizing operational processes across various banking sectors using advanced analytics and intelligent automation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify high-impact AI use cases in Operations including - trade lifecycle, client onboarding, regulatory reporting, settlements, and risk monitoring.

• Translate operational challenges into structured AI problem statements and business cases.

• Partner with Data Science and Engineering for predictive analytics models, NLP solutions, and intelligent workflow automation.

• Conduct analysis of front-to-back trade lifecycle processes and support optimization initiatives in capital markets, treasury, and corporate lending.

• Perform complex data analysis and develop KPI dashboards for AI improvements.

• Ensure compliance of AI initiatives with regulatory frameworks and document all governance controls.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 4–8+ years of experience in CIB operations or transformation roles.

• Strong knowledge of capital market products.

• Proven experience in large-scale process transformation initiatives.

• Experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and leading workshops.

• Exposure to AI/ML concepts including supervised learning and NLP.

• Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or similar tools.

• Experience in Agile or hybrid environments.
