OpenShift / Kubernetes Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled OpenShift / Kubernetes Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate is proficient in hands-on OpenShift 4.x implementation within production environments, excels in Kubernetes architecture and administration, and has substantial experience in cloud migration (On-prem to Cloud – Azure, AWS, GCP). A strong foundation in Linux/RHEL, alongside a robust understanding of DevOps practices, including Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipeline design, is essential for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage OpenShift solutions in production.

• Oversee Kubernetes architecture, including optimization and scaling.

• Facilitate migration processes from on-premises systems to cloud environments.

• Implement DevOps / DevSecOps methodologies across teams.

• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.

• Provide expertise in Linux administration, specifically RHEL.

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on OpenShift 4.x implementation experience in production environments.

• Proven knowledge in Kubernetes architecture and administration.

• Experience with migration from On-prem to Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Proficient in DevOps / DevSecOps practices.

• Experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Ansible).

• Familiarity in designing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar).

• Strong Linux / RHEL foundation.

Nice to Have:

• Multi-cloud exposure, preferably Azure and AWS.

• Red Hat certifications (RHCE / OpenShift Delivery Specialist).

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure).

• Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments (Banking, Automotive, Telecom, etc.).
