Network Security Analyst

Minimum : 3+ Year Experience

 Technical requirements:

FortiGate , Forti Manager , Checkpoint , Junos Space , FAZ – expertise:

Flow Implementation , Firewall log/flow analysis (Check Point, Fortinet), IP subnetting, routing basics, TCP/UDP, DPI/APP-ID concepts, NAT, VPN

Tools:

SIEM basics, packet capture utilities, Excel/Power BI (preferred), ITSM (e.g., ServiceNow), collaboration tools.

Security:

Familiarity with segmentation (IT/OT/LAB/SHOP FLOOR), Zero Trust principles, and policy standardization.

Soft Skills:

Clear documentation, stakeholder communication, and attention to detail

The Network Security Analyst is an operational support team member responsible for firewalls under his/her scope:

• Implement flows or rules on firewalls.

• Perform logical post-validation after implementation.

• Review and optimize firewall policies.

• Support security compliance and audits.

• Configure and coordinate IPSEC VPN tunnels end-to-end.

• Manage firewall policies and ensure compliance.

• Support security incident investigations.

• Handle emergency business requests for flow openings with priority.

• Regular interactions with: IS&T E2E PM, Local IS&T Business Partners, Solution Architects, Functional Teams, Business End Users, and Operations Teams.
