We are seeking a skilled Network Carrier Management Consultant to support the management and optimization of network carrier services. This role involves both consulting and hands-on execution of tasks related to site connectivity, service provider coordination, and SLA compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Single Point of Contact for carriers and internal teams.

• Plan and support site connections for customers and company’s locations.

• Manage internal and external service providers.

• Handle customer and operational orders in the carrier environment.

• Ensure SLA compliance and drive quality improvements.

• Work within defined procedures and process guidelines.

• Operate under the bridgehead model or pull principle depending on project setup.

Must Haves:

• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., BMC Remedy, ServiceNow).

• Familiarity with FNT Command (CMDB lookups).

• Strong understanding of carrier services operations.

• Technical knowledge of leading carrier solutions.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

• Background in telecommunications or IT service management.
