We are seeking a Mid-level Project Manager with 2-5 years of experience to support our client’s Transformation Core team and procurement departments. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of the RFP process and demonstrate strong project management skills. This position is primarily focused on facilitating the BI RFP process, ensuring timely management, communication, and follow-ups with both internal teams and external vendors.

Main Responsibilities

As a Mid-level Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the RFP timeline efficiently.

• Coordinating meetings and follow-ups with internal stakeholders and vendors.

• Creating necessary materials and presentations to support the RFP process.

• Developing and applying evaluation frameworks for vendor responses.

• Facilitating communication between the team and vendors.

Key Requirements

• 2-5 years of project management experience.

• Expertise in navigating the RFP process.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in transformation programs.

• Familiarity with business intelligence systems.

Other Details

The position requires 2-3 days of onsite allocation at in Greater Copenhagen, from March until the end of May. It is preferred to source candidates from a freelance background for this engagement.
