We are seeking a Mid-level Project Manager with 2-5 years of experience to support our client’s Transformation Core team and procurement departments. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of the RFP process and demonstrate strong project management skills. This position is primarily focused on facilitating the BI RFP process, ensuring timely management, communication, and follow-ups with both internal teams and external vendors.
As a Mid-level Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing the RFP timeline efficiently.
Coordinating meetings and follow-ups with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Creating necessary materials and presentations to support the RFP process.
Developing and applying evaluation frameworks for vendor responses.
Facilitating communication between the team and vendors.
2-5 years of project management experience.
Expertise in navigating the RFP process.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience in transformation programs.
Familiarity with business intelligence systems.
The position requires 2-3 days of onsite allocation at in Greater Copenhagen, from March until the end of May. It is preferred to source candidates from a freelance background for this engagement.
