Microsoft Dynamics Functional / Business Consultant

We are currently building a network of experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants in Poland who are passionate about shaping business solutions, optimizing processes, and driving value through modern CRM and cloud-based platforms. You will play a key role in aligning business needs with technology, ensuring that Dynamics 365 solutions effectively support customer engagement, operations, and strategic objectives across international environments.

In this role, you will contribute to large-scale digital initiatives focused on enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms and connected Microsoft 365 services. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into functional designs, and support the implementation of scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will include configuring Dynamics 365 applications, supporting process automation, defining data models, and ensuring seamless integration across systems to improve business efficiency and user experience.

Experience in the banking sector will be a strong advantage, particularly within complex and regulated enterprise environments where compliance, data governance, and process standardization are critical.
