We are seeking experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants to join our diverse team. Your expertise will be crucial
in supporting the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the global CRM platform for banking clients across about 60 countries. You will be working closely and effectively with our customers and responsible for reviewing clients’ business process, providing solid analysis, assessing solutions and advising our customers on how to best meet their goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in all stages of solution implementation, from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring and testing the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather comprehensive requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and gaining a thorough understanding of current business processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard functionality of the application.
- Utilize Microsoft technologies and the ALM stack (VSTS, PowerApps, etc.) to the fullest extent.
- Contribute ongoing feedback to the delivery practice, suggesting and implementing improvements.
- Document business requirements, detailing the actions the solution must perform and the expected outcomes.
- Configure and customize the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customer’s business requirements.
- Conduct acceptance testing and provide training to customer resources to ensure successful usage and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics application.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 8 years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales implementation experience
- Participation in at least 3 full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics.
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft ALM stack, including VSTS/TFS (and using it)
- Apply high-level solution architecture and design (Functional and/or Technical)
- Analyze, understand, and dissect business processes and re-engineer with best practices
- Document and capture business requirements and processes properly
- Model data and processes
- Conduct workshops and training sessions
- Plan and carry out system and user acceptance testing
- Provide professional support
- Familiar and experienced in: Core application functionality; Application technology stack; Implementation Methodology
