Are you passionate about leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 to drive innovative solutions and improve business processes? Join our team as a D365 Consultant and play a key role in implementing and optimizing CRM solutions for a global banking platform spanning 60+ countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of solution implementation, from analyzing customer requirements to configuring and testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide expertise on Microsoft Dynamics functionality, aligning client processes with platform capabilities.
- Utilize Microsoft technologies and tools, including VSTS, PowerApps, and ALM stack, to deliver tailored solutions.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet customer requirements.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and acceptance testing to ensure successful adoption of the solution.
- Contribute to practice improvements through suggestions and implementation of new processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Senior-level consulting experience with 8+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales implementation.
- Participation in at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
- Expertise in Microsoft ALM stack with proficiency in VSTS/TFS for task tracking.
- Strong skills in business modeling, high-level solution architecture, and process-driven implementation.
- Proven ability to analyze business problems, document requirements, and re-engineer processes using best practices.
- Experience in conducting workshops, planning user acceptance testing, and delivering high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of core Dynamics 365 functionality, application technology stack, and implementation methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry-specific best practices and process development.
- High analytical ability and problem-solving skills, with a focus on proactive solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Strong team orientation with the ability to align work to project priorities and client satisfaction.
- Completion of applicable Microsoft product certification exams.
