Manufacturing Performance & Analytics Analyst - OEE Expertise (h/f)

Are you a senior Data / Performance Analyst with strong experience in manufacturing analytics, OEE, and stakeholder engagement?

emagine has an opportunity for you to support and continuously improve a global manufacturing performance management ecosystem with a collaborative, international team.

Skills & Experience

• ~5+ years in analytics, business analysis, or manufacturing performance management

• Strong understanding of:

  • OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)

  • Production loss analysis

  • Operational KPIs / shopfloor performance

• Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools

• Ability to translate business requirements into data/technical solutions

• Experience managing stakeholders and external vendors

• Working knowledge of SQL Server and Python

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Fluent English

Key Tasks & Deliverables

• Sustain and enhance industrial dashboards and reporting solutions supporting global manufacturing operations

• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of performance management platforms (e.g. OEE, shift handover tools, analytics platforms)

• Support OEE-driven performance practices and help identify improvement opportunities across sites

• Act as the bridge between manufacturing, analytics, IT, and vendors

• Translate business needs into clear analytical and technical requirements

• Coordinate external vendors and manage escalations and service delivery

• Own governance and operational performance of manufacturing analytics solutions
