Manual Tester

INDUSTRY: Banking

LOCATION: Gdansk (hybrid)

REMUNERATION: up to 125 pln/h, B2B

We are looking for an IT Tester to join our Scrum/Agile team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions through comprehensive and effective testing practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, write, and execute test cases to validate system functionality.

• Ensure all test cases align with functional requirements and business expectations.

• Perform a variety of functional tests, including sanity checks and regression testing.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other team members in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Clearly document and communicate test results, defects, and quality metrics to relevant stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2–3 years of experience in manual testing, including test reporting.

• Experience in creating and maintaining detailed test cases.

• Hands-on experience with UI testing.

• Prior experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.

• Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Familiarity with QlikSense or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

• Basic experience with qTest or similar test management tools.
