• Hybrid work (3 days per week in the office) in Gdańsk or Gdynia

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure QA activities are efficient and well-documented per Quality Standards.

• Analyze and design new tests (Test Cases/Scenarios).

• Plan and execute tests.

• Report defects and handle verification.

• Recommend actions based on test results.

• Identify tests for automation following manual verification.

• Work within the scrum team to maintain high delivery quality.

Key Requirements:

• ISTQB Certification.

• 8+ years of professional experience in QA.

• Experience with Agile teams.

• Knowledge of mobile apps and system testing (Web/Mobile).

• API testing experience with Postman and Swagger.

• Experience with test management tools (e.g., qTest).

• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.

• Fast learner with a capability to understand new tools and processes.

• Must be present in the office at least twice a week in Gdynia or Gdańsk.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with SAFE methodology.
