Manual Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA professional with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be methodical in their approach, with a strong focus on the user journey experience.

In short, we are looking for a profile that:

• Is technically well-versed

• Can find and report system issues

• Possesses a hacky mindset and enjoys figuring out how things can break

• Is able to go beyond "just testing" and is passionate about user journeys

Your day-to-day work will consist of thoroughly testing the platform to ensure that everything released is bug-free. You will be a vital part of the development team, which currently consists of our CTO and two developers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing of the platform to identify bugs and issues.

• Report and document issues clearly for the development team.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure bugs are fixed effectively.

• Review user journey to identify and suggest improvements.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss testing outcomes and project updates.

Key Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in using testing tools is a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

• Familiarity with software development processes.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automated testing tools.

• Understanding of web technologies.

• Prior experience in a quality assurance role.
