Main Responsibilities
As a key player, you will analyze and enhance mainframe applications to meet organizational needs. Your role includes:
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate mainframe systems with modern technologies.
- Work within the SAFe methodology to deliver projects efficiently.
- Develop and maintain system documentation utilizing BPMN and UML.
- Contribute to the creation of mainframe-related policies and procedures.
- Facilitate the elicitation of requirements from stakeholders.
- Execute database queries to understand data flow and business logic.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in mainframe engineering.
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- Expertise in creating User Stories/System Requirements, Data Mapping/Analysis/Modelling and Requirements Elicitation Skills (i.e. IREB/Babok).
- Strong expertise in executing the database queries and data flow to understand the ERD and business logic.
- Familiarity with BPMN and UML methodologies.
- Experience with Agile project delivery tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Understanding of advanced database management concepts.
