Main Responsibilities

As a key player, you will analyze and enhance mainframe applications to meet organizational needs. Your role includes:

• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate mainframe systems with modern technologies.
• Work within the SAFe methodology to deliver projects efficiently.
• Develop and maintain system documentation utilizing BPMN and UML.
• Contribute to the creation of mainframe-related policies and procedures.
• Facilitate the elicitation of requirements from stakeholders.
• Execute database queries to understand data flow and business logic.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in mainframe engineering.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Expertise in creating User Stories/System Requirements, Data Mapping/Analysis/Modelling and Requirements Elicitation Skills (i.e. IREB/Babok).
• Strong expertise in executing the database queries and data flow to understand the ERD and business logic.
• Familiarity with BPMN and UML methodologies.
• Experience with Agile project delivery tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Understanding of advanced database management concepts.
