We are seeking a skilled Loan Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Loan IQ and have a solid understanding of financing products, particularly loans. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in written and spoken English, making the successful candidate a crucial part of our financial operations across the APAC region.
- Process loan drawdowns, rollovers, and rate fixing for bilateral and syndicated transactions.
- Coordinate funding and rate fixing with Treasury traders.
- Report fund movements to treasury settlements and disburse loans to clients.
- Prepare accounting entries for disbursement of funds and liability booking.
- Monitor receipt of principal installments, interests, and fees.
- Arrange disbursements to risk participants and contracted parties.
- Support the Loan Syndication Team for primary and secondary loan sell-downs.
- Maintain administrative records of borrowers and lenders in Loan IQ.
- Assist APAC offices with operational and periodical reports.
- 1-3 years relevant experience in an international bank (CIB).
- Strong knowledge of Loan IQ.
- Experience in preparing RTGS/CHATS payments and Swift payments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good attitude and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge in Flexcube, Calypso, Matisse MSC, Summit.
This position operates within the APAC shift, with early morning shifts starting at 6:30 or 7:30 am. Candidates must be prepared to engage with various regional offices and handle diverse financial operations.
