Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop templates: Create high-quality, reusable templates for various formats such as documents, PDF, and emails based on business needs.

• Design and layout: Ensure consistent branding and layout across all templates.

• Customize and configure: Adjust layouts, workflows, and dynamic content to meet specific requirements.

• Data mapping: Map and translate data from sources like JSON or XML into documents.

• Collaborate with teams: Work with project managers, business analysts, and developers to understand and fulfill requirements.

• Support and maintain: Provide support for existing Lasernet solutions, resolving issues related to printing, formatting, and data.

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in template development and document generation.

• Proficiency in desktop publishing software (Adobe PDF) and office suites (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Knowledge of data formats (XML, JSON) and scripting languages.

• Coding skills in HTML/CSS, especially for web or email templates.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for issues related to printing and data mapping.

• Documentation skills to clearly outline processes and changes.

• Requirements analysis skills to gather business needs and translate them into templates.

• Quality assurance capabilities to test templates and ensure accuracy.

• Strong design and layout skills with excellent communication abilities.
