Introduction & Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of technical initiatives for business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in managing complex IT projects, focusing on performance, stability, and scalability. Must possess solid expertise in IT infrastructure, performance engineering, and familiarity with both relational databases and containerization technologies.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives ensuring application performance, stability, and scalability.

• Coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve complex performance and reliability issues.

• Defining and managing technical workstreams, including scope, timelines, and risks.

• Analyzing performance metrics and implementing remediation actions.

• Govern standards and best practices related to performance engineering.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate non-functional requirements into technical plans.

• Utilizing monitoring and logging tools to maintain platform reliability.

• Preparing status reports and risk assessments for senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Lead.

• Strong background in IT infrastructure and performance engineering.

• Hands-on experience with relational databases, ideally MS SQL Server.

• Familiarity with event streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka.

• Understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with application monitoring and performance tools.

• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects.

• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have

• Previous exposure to Pega-based applications is a strong advantage.
