Introduction & Summary
We’re seeking a Kinaxis Specialist to provide functional support during the Hypercare phase following the deployment of the Kinaxis planning system. This role is pivotal in assisting end-users across the APAC region to ensure a seamless transition and effective utilisation of the new system. The ideal candidate will possess a background in demand planning, specifically with Kinaxis, and be equipped to address queries promptly while promoting optimal practices.
Main Responsibilities
The selected consultant will perform the following core duties:
Providing real-time remote functional support to Syensqo Demand Planning and Account Manager end users.
Addressing and resolving functional queries related to Demand Planning.
Troubleshooting user issues and escalating technical problems as necessary.
Supporting end users in best practices and process adherence within Kinaxis.
Documenting frequently asked questions and solutions for future reference.
Collaborating with Syensqo DT and other project teams for effective communication and resolution of issues.
Key Requirements
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience in demand planning, preferably in a multinational environment
Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Demand Planning
Strong understanding of demand planning processes and best practices
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Located in the APAC region and available for APAC time zones support
Experience with SAP ECC & BW reporting is highly desirable
Experience in go-live support is highly desirable
Nice to Have
Additional skills that would be advantageous include:
Ability to provide training or knowledge transfer sessions to end users
Familiarity with various industry sectors (e.g., aerospace, automotive, agriculture, healthcare)
Multilingual capabilities, especially in major APAC languages
Availability for extended or flexible hours during the Hypercare period
Other Details
This role requires the candidate to work remotely, providing support primarily to users located in the APAC region. The contract is expected to span the Hypercare period following the Kinaxis go-live, with specific details to be discussed upon selection.
