Are you passionate about contributing to one of the most important strategic tech initiatives? We are seeking an experienced and innovative Kafka DevOps Engineer to develop and integrate a Kafka-based platform that meets the specific business needs of the financial sector.

Main Responsibilities

You will design, implement, and maintain the Kafka platform as part of an agile team. Expect to:

• Develop tools for monitoring and logging of the Kafka platform.

• Improve deployment procedures.

• Prepare documentation for Kafka usage.

• Support the organization in utilizing the Kafka platform.

• Collaborate with other teams to implement Domain Driven Design (DDD).

Key Requirements

• Experience with Apache Kafka, Java, and Spring Boot.

• Knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Helm.

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.

• Solid skills in software development best practices.

• Understanding of test-driven development and design patterns.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience with K8s/OpenShift and Jenkins/Argo CD.

• Background in agile development teams.

• Knowledge of the financial sector, telecom, pharma, or consultancy experience.
