Summary:

The role of the SAP ABAP Consultant is crucial to Syensqo's SAP Development team in Pune, India. The consultant will gather requirements, analyze, design, document, code, test, configure, deploy, implement, and maintain various SAP systems and applications to help the organization innovate and achieve meaningful progress.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze SAP requirements and specifications.
• Design, document, and code SAP applications.
• Test and configure systems for optimal functionality.
• Deploy and implement SAP solutions across various environments.
• Maintain and support existing SAP systems.

Must Haves:

• 3-5 years of experience in SAP Development including SAP ABAP, SAP S/4 ABAP, and SAP UI5.
• Extensive experience with S4HANA ABAP, Object-oriented programming, and relevant interface programming.
• Hands-on experience with SAP enhancement techniques such as exits and BADI.
• In-depth knowledge of HANA architecture, SQL, and new ABAP syntax.

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with functional modules like FI/CO, SD, MM, and others.
• Relevant SAP certifications.
• Knowledge of the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
