Junior IT Access Control Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated IAM Review and Controls Specialist to support daily tasks related to Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes. This role is critical for ensuring proper access reviews, oversight of IAM processes, and maintaining data quality within the IAM domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and support access reviews to ensure compliance with IAM policies.
• Control and oversee IAM processes to mitigate risks related to identity and access management.
• Collaborate on data quality activities within the IAM area to maintain system integrity.
• Support the implementation of IAM controls and reviews in alignment with company policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Understanding of the Identity Lifecycle, including joiners, movers, and leavers processes.
• Familiarity with data structures and processes related to identity and access management.
• Experience with access reviews, toxic policies, roles, and entitlements.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Basic understanding of SailPoint IIQ, including:
• Certification setup.
• Role management.
• Working with delimited files.
