Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in banking or fintech IT

• Experience working in regulated environments

• Strong understanding of banking processes and financial systems

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional, international teams

• Professional proficiency in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with tier-1 European banks

• Knowledge of EBA, ECB, or local regulatory frameworks

• Agile / SAFe exposure

• Relevant certifications (Risk, Banking Systems, PMP, etc.)
