Job Opportunity as a webMethods Engineer in Pune, IN

Introduction & Summary:

The webMethods Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing integration solutions using Software AG webMethods platforms and the SAP Integration Suite. This role is pivotal in facilitating seamless, secure, and scalable integration of business applications, thereby supporting the organization's digital transformation efforts and optimizing business processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture:
  Design end-to-end integration architectures using the webMethods platform (B2B, MFT, and BPMS) while providing upgrade support for webMethods.
• Project Delivery (Upgrade Validation):
  Collaboration with delivery managers and stakeholders on the upgrade of the webMethods environment from version 10.5 to 11.1.
• Platform Expertise:
  Act as the subject matter expert for webMethods platforms, evaluating new features and assessing operational readiness.

Key Requirements:

• Subject matter expertise in webMethods platforms.
• Proven experience in B2B/MFT integrations.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Experience with functional, performance, and stability tests, along with monitoring tools.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with recent webMethods upgrade projects.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing risk and value of platform choices.
