We are seeking a skilled **Calypso Developer** with 5 to 7 years of experience for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will possess strong **SQL** and **Java** skills, as these are mandatory for the role. This position is suited for immediate joiners or those with a notice period of one week or less.

Job Description Summary

The Analyst Developer will work on the **Calypso solution** by Nasdaq within the Global Markets team. This role involves:

• Developing specific customizations on the **NASDAQ CALYPSO software**.

• Implementing unit tests.

• Coding automated regression tests.

• Participating in optimization campaigns.

The **CALYPSO team** manages and evolves the global platform, which enables the development of activities worldwide across various areas such as:

• Trade Lifecycle

• Payments

• Confirmations

• Settlement

• Accounting

• Cash and Securities Position Management

• Regulatory

• Reporting

• Reconciliations

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Calypso Analyst Developer.

• Proficiency in **Java**, **SQL**, and database management.

• Strong understanding of financial products, trade life cycles, and risk management principles.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CALYPSO certification) are a plus.
