IT4IT Business Analyst (part-time FTE)

Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT4IT Business Analyst to join the Common Solutions Team for a part-time FTE (20h per week) and contribute to the revision and development of the enterprise and solution architecture within our IT4IT estate.

Main Responsibilities

The primary task involves supporting strategic projects aimed at expanding and consolidating our extensive IT4IT landscape, enabling our IT services through automation and AI integration.

• Coordinate the creation of the current landscape for IT4IT and internal systems.
• Create an overview of data landscape/integration.
• Contribute to the definition of data objects to track source origins.
• Develop the IT4IT Roadmap in collaboration with the IT4IT Architect.
• Participate and drive IT4IT projects actively.
• Ensure smooth delivery and advise on process improvements.
• Develop and manage functional requirements, write user stories, and communicate vision to system owners and development teams.
• Prepare decision-making materials.

Key Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of IT4IT architecture and business analysis.
• Strong communication skills with a comfort advising senior management.
• Ability to balance stakeholders' interests and make decisive contributions.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with an aptitude for under-pressure performance.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Working experience within the IT4IT domain, including service management, DevOps, and testing.
• Technical consultancy background with the capacity to explain complex issues clearly.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework implementation and information architecture building.

Nice to Have

• Additional certifications related to IT service management and architecture.
• Experience with automation tools and integration techniques.
