Role: IT Test Manager (Master Data Management)

Location: hybrid model 3 days per week in the office: Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Warsaw

Rate: up to 140 zl/h net+vat (B2B)

Type of contract: B2B

Duration: long-term cooperation

The IT Test Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality software deployments in the bankig sector by automating tests, analyzing software, and improving testing methodologies.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and implement testing and deployment processes according to comapny standards.

• Integrate business context and domain knowledge into the Scrum team for value-oriented deliveries.

• Track and resolve software defects to enhance future development quality.

• Perform comprehensive testing across all phases in the test life cycle.

• Conduct regression testing effectively.

• Automate test cases for Data Science, Master Data Management (MDM), and APIs.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven experience in software testing

• Proficiency in English

• Strong skills in writing SQL queries and conducting database testing.

• Hands-on experience in API testing.

• Excellent communication skills and experience working in Agile environments.

• In-depth knowledge of QA methodology and experience working in cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in test automation

• Hands-on experience in script development using Java Selenium

Nice to Have (not mandatory):

• Knowledge or certification in Tricentis qTest.
