IT Test Manager - Regular/Senior (41314)

The IT Test Manager role focuses on ensuring effective test management within an agile software development environment, aiming to oversee testing processes and coordinate with stakeholders for successful project delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

• Report test status to management and address testing roadblocks.

• Plan and execute system tests.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Secure necessary test data in a timely manner.

Key Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in test management within agile (SAFe) software development.

• High-level understanding of test automation.

• High-level understanding of non-functional testing.

• Hands-on experience with SQL queries and ETL validation.

• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux commands for ETL execution.

• Experience working in Agile methodology.

• Proficiency with JIRA and qTest.

• Practical experience with Python for database automation testing (for regression testing).

• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.

• Experience with Bamboo CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of the Capital Markets domain.

• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

• Good knowledge and experience with test planning/test strategy documents.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in managing remote teams.

• Familiarity with agile coaching or mentorship roles.

• Certifications in Agile or Testing methodologies.
