IT Support Specialist - Copenhagen
emagine is looking for a Danish-speaking IT Support Specialist to support an international client in Copenhagen.
This is a hands-on, end-user–focused role where you will be the primary point of contact for IT support in the Copenhagen office. You will ensure that employees — including senior leaders — have reliable, well-configured equipment and fast support when issues arise, keeping daily operations running smoothly.
You’ll work closely with the business, handling everything from onboarding and device setup to incident resolution, VIP support, and proactive maintenance of workplace IT.
Deliver and configure laptops, phones, and accessories for new hires
Set up user accounts and ensure correct access rights
Provide phone support via the IT hotline
Log and manage tickets in Jira with clear prioritization and progress updates
Perform proactive health checks on end-user devices and meeting room equipment
Provide VIP support for senior leadership in a professional manner
Work within SLA frameworks and coordinate with external vendors
Manage software licenses and monitor renewals
4+ years of experience in IT support, comfortable supporting executive/VIP users
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and Intune
Experience working with Jira or similar IT service desk tools
Fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written)
Clear and professional communicator, able to stay calm under pressure
Well-organized, detail-focused, and able to prioritize in busy periods
Service-minded, positive, and approachable
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months + option for extension
Workload: 100%
Location: Copenhagen (onsite, 5 days per week)
