IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM)
We are currently looking for a senior consultant based in Stockholm for an assignment within IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM).
Summary: We seek an experienced, pragmatic, and hands-on consultant with a strong background in IT service continuity and resilience. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience and proven expertise in the field, driving tangible results and ensuring operational effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities:
Assessing the current IT continuity capabilities.
Establishing governance, policies, and ways of working.
Defining critical services, dependencies, and RTO/RPO.
Ensuring alignment between continuity requirements and third-party SLAs.
Designing and implementing testing approaches.
Training teams and handing over a fully functional operating model.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience within IT resilience, IT governance, or service management.
Proven track record of end-to-end ITSCM implementations.
Strong knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 27001, and ITIL.
Experience working in complex and/or regulated environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to translate frameworks into practical implementation.
Nice to Have:
Experience in developing IT continuity testing frameworks.
Knowledge of business impact analysis processes.
Familiarity with cloud-based continuity solutions.
Other Details: Start: ASAP. Duration: 6 months. Location: Hybrid setup from Stockholm. This is a delivery-focused assignment, intended for someone who can build a practical operating model that is actively used, rather than simply producing documentation.
