Summary: The IT Risk and Compliance Manager plays a crucial role in managing the organization's IT and compliance tasks, ensuring adherence to security protocols and compliance standards within the DevOps team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage IT risk flow and daily risk handling, ensuring the security and compliance of IT systems.
• Collaborate with applications specialists to address compliance issues.
• Upgrade outdated software and respond to security requests from the global security team.
• Coordinate risk and compliance efforts within the team.

Key Requirements:

• General knowledge of IT, networks, security risk, and compliance.
• Experience handling compliance tasks in a DevOps environment.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in the banking or finance industry.
• Certifications related to IT security or compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
