IT Quant Developer

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced (IT Quant) Developer on a contract basis with a strong background in C++ and Bitbucket. The primary goal of this role is to leverage advanced software development skills to support and enhance the functionality of software libraries, ensuring high performance and reliability in a financial services context.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust software libraries.

• Refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with best practices in software development.

• Document code changes and provide support for library users.

• Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Key Requirements:

• Proficient in C++

• Experience with Bitbucket

• 10+ years of experience in software development

• Demonstrable experience in library refactoring and maintenance projects

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector

• Location: Natixis Office, Bangalore

• Work Hours: Standard business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), no shifts
