ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for a Quality Management IT Specialist to join an exciting project with one of our top clients, a leading German chemical manufacturing company.

In this role, you’ll work with SAP-QM and Quality IT applications, collaborate with global teams, and manage key projects to enhance quality processes and system performance.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 SAP-QM Implementation & Support

• Maintain, develop, and enhance SAP-QM applications.
• Write functional specifications for custom developments.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP, MES, MII, and Qlik Sense.

Project Management & Business Collaboration

• Cooperate with a Scrum Development Team to deliver SAP-QM solutions.
• Lead SAP-QM projects across Design, Execution, Testing, Deployment, Training, and Hypercare.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Prepare and conduct workshops with stakeholders to enhance Quality processes.

User Support & Troubleshooting

• Act as a Level 3 escalation point for Quality IT issues.
• Coordinate with external IT providers and support teams.
• Ensure timely resolution of user tickets related to SAP-QM.

Governance & IT Standardization

• Follow and enforce corporate IT policies and best practices.
• Specify and validate SAP-QM developments to maintain system compliance.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-8 years of experience in SAP-QM and Quality IT solutions.
• Strong technical and functional SAP-QM expertise.
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments.
• Ability to implement & test new features related to Quality applications.
• Must have CI/CD experience (preferably Azure DevOps).
• Experience with REST API integrations & Kafka consumers.

OTHER DETAILS:

• Project Duration: 6 months contracts + prolongations, we’re looking for long-term.
• Type of Work: Remote.
• Required English Level: B2, C1, or C2.
