IT Project Support
B2B, 130 pln/h + VATHybrid: 3 days a week: Warsaw, Gdańsk, Łódź
The IT Project Support will play a pivotal role in supporting project management activities and enhancing user adoption of recovery systems. This position requires a candidate with exceptional interpersonal skills and fluency in English, alongside proficiency in Excel and presentation delivery.
Main Responsibilities
Assist the project manager in daily task management and project meetings.
Provide guidance on the Recovery Tenant tool and assist users with account setup.
Ensure effective user adoption and facilitate training for recovery systems.
Maintain user databases and implement tracking systems.
Handle reporting and escalations as necessary.
