We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager at both mid and senior levels to oversee and deliver complex IT projects effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills with a minimum of 4 years (mid) or 6+ years (senior) of experience in managing IT projects within Agile environments. Proven ability to communicate adeptly with various stakeholders and manage finances intricately will be crucial for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT project delivery across multi-team environments.

• Facilitate project planning, management, and Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.

• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and cost reporting.

• Identify and mitigate risk proactively.

• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence for project management and reporting.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years (Mid) or 6+ years (Senior) experience in IT project management.

• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

• Proficiency in financial management and stakeholder communications.

• Advanced skills in Jira and strong experience with Confluence.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the telecommunications industry.

• Technical background to enhance collaboration with engineering teams.

• Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2.

• Exposure to SAFe frameworks.

• Experience in digital transformation initiatives.
