IT Project Manager - M&A carve-out - Remote (h/f)

Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with strong M&A carve-out and global delivery expertise?

emagine has an opportunity for you to drive a strategic business optimization programme, leading end-to-end IT project delivery across a global landscape.

Key tasks & deliverables

• Own and maintain a detailed project plan covering timelines, budgets, milestones, resources, and risks

• Lead project execution from detailed design through implementation and post go-live support

• Coordinate across IT and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing escalations

• Facilitate governance forums, steering meetings, and regular reporting

• Monitor delivery performance, ensuring transparency, documentation, and successful outcomes

• Manage complex global coordination across regions (EMEA, NAM, APAC)

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a hands-on, execution-focused IT Project Manager

• Strong M&A carve-out experience (essential)

• Expertise managing multi-region programmes across time zones and distributed teams

• Demonstrated crisis management capability (go-live support, escalations, recovery)

• Broad IT leadership across ERP, infrastructure, networks, end-user services, and applications

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all organisational levels

Role is remote for consultants based in Europe, with collaborative, enabling environments that suit autonomous and self-starting professionals.

Rate is based on remote and low cost locations is Europe prefered.
