IT Operations Senior - Engineering Enablement

Overview

We are seeking a skilled, hands-on IT Operations Specialist to join when of our High Risk technology team, focusing on operational excellence, reliability, and performance of the application landscape. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in IT operations, particularly within a DevOps framework, and will be responsible for monitoring, support, troubleshooting, and deployment operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Take full, hands-on ownership from business delivery readiness to production run.

• Provide daily operational support including monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem management.

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Communicate effectively regarding incidents and operational matters.

Key Requirements

• ITIL Foundation certification.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations.

• Strong knowledge of Snowflake architecture and performance tuning.

• Experience with both Linux and Windows systems.

• Proficiency with DevOps tools such as Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance operational workflows.

• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk).

Nice to Have

• Experience in data platforms and workflow orchestration.

• Knowledge of advanced DevOps practices.

Other Details

This role is primarily based in Gdańsk, Poland, with an expectation of office presence for more than 2 days a week.
